Returns
I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Refund is delivered upon me receiving the item (does not include shipping costs).
Cancellations
I accept cancellations before item is shipped out. A full refund will be in order.
Shipping
Orders will be packed and shipped within a week of order placement
First Class domestic shipments are typically delivered in 3-5 days.
International shipments take at least a week.
If your order does not arrive one month after it has shipped out, please contact me!
I offer free replacements if you pay for shipping.
If you have a small order (a singular charm, a couple of stickers), I can offer a shipping option via mail stamps. However there is no tracking. Contact me!
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
